NEW YORK, NY, September 30, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ — The popular show featuring fitness expert Eraldo Maglara and his TV co-host, Daryn Carp, soon will be airing in New York City and near suburbs!
Unplugged with Eraldo and Daryn, a fun and fast-paced, half-hour lifestyle show, is joining the weekend lineup on WLNY-TV, a top-ranked CBS affiliate.
“To have the opportunity to showcase my television show in the greatest city in the world is truly a dream come true,” said Maglara, who is executive producer of the show as well as co-host. “I am honored and humbled to be a part of the WLNY Family Network.”
Carp, who joined the show earlier this year as co-host, said she was thrilled.
“It feels good to be back home in the greatest city in the world! I am so grateful and honored to be a part of the WLNY family, doing what I love to do, where I want to do it,” Carp said.
A nationally recognized fitness trainer, Maglara is also a brand ambassador, entrepreneur, infuencer, public speaker and author. His highly successful book, The Real Fountain of Youth: Simple Lifestyle Changes for Productive Longevity, offers relatable tips and advice on aging and health.
In addition, he is a multimedia lifestyle contributor and has appeared on The Daily Meal, WGN Chicago, CBS Houston, CT Live, Good Morning Washington, FOX Baltimore and many others.
Maglara also has been featured in Forbes, MoneyInc, SELF, Oxygen, Muscle and Fitness, Huffington Post and Prevention, as well as many digital sites. He received his certifications from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), as well as the National Strength and Conditioning Assn. (NSCA).
His Unplugged show began airing in late 2018.
Co-host Daryn Carp came right out of the NBC Page Program to assist one of the most influential pop culture icons currently on television, Andy Cohen, at Bravo. There, Carp created the web series,@sk Andy, which she hosted and ran on bravotv.com. At the start of 2014, Cohen and Carp left Bravo to start a new production company, Most Talkative.She currently is assistant to Cohen.
In the summer of 2017, she returned to Bravo and began anchoring Bravo in a variety of roles. Carp co-hosts a weekly Oxygen podcast, “Martnis and Murder,” which dives deep into the actual crime and the theories surrounding each murder while drinking an appropriately themed cocktail.
